| Health Hub Builds Indonesia's first 'Medical Image Teleradiology Center'

[Rapportian] Health Hub (CEO Kim Gi-poong) built Indonesia's first medical image teleradiology center and held a launching ceremony and the '2nd Asia-Pacific Radiology Experts Symposium' on the 26th to announce the full-scale start of teleradiology services with its local joint venture 'PT. Teleradiologi Center Indonesia' (hereinafter PT. TCI).

HealthHub established PT. TCI last December to contribute to the development of the healthcare system by strengthening Indonesia's medical image reading capabilities.

The Indonesian Society of Radiology (PDSRKI) and the Reading Physician Training Institution (LPMRKI) under the Ministry of Health participated in this launching ceremony, officially announcing the supply of a teleradiology platform and artificial intelligence (AI)-based diagnostic assistance solutions, providing an opportunity to promote the excellence of K-medicine.

In addition, the 2nd Asia-Pacific Radiology Symposium was held under the theme of 'Tuberculosis Screening through AI and the Future of Radiology,' with over 1,200 Indonesian radiologists, as well as representatives from PDSRKI, HIPTEK, related organizations under the Ministry of Health, and Korean and Japanese teleradiology and medical imaging experts in attendance.

At this event, the shortage of radiology specialists in Indonesia, which has the second-highest tuberculosis incidence rate in the world, and the need for a teleradiology platform and AI-based mass screening system to address this issue were specifically presented.

HealthHub has been supplying a cloud-based Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to major public hospitals in Indonesia since 2023, building a teleradiology infrastructure, and recently became the first in Indonesia to provide SaaS-based PACS and AI diagnostic services.

This allows various institutions such as hospitals, as well as radiology clinics and screening centers, to easily participate in the teleradiology platform.

CEO Kim Ki-pung stated, "We are continuously expanding medical image teleradiology services based on PT. TCI, and we will cooperate with the government and medical institutions to contribute to the digital transformation and innovation of Indonesia's healthcare."

At the event site, 13 influential local media outlets, including Metro TV, Media Indonesia, and RRI.id, directly visited and engaged in fierce coverage competition, confirming the high level of media interest.
